Offers for places are made on or after 1 March two years preceding entry.

Offers are made for our intake year levels of ELC, Reception, Year 5, Year 7, Year 8 and Year 10 and all Boarding applicants in Years 7 to 12. For all other year levels, offers are made as places become available.

Families who do not receive an offer are retained on our waitlist. Additional offers are made outside of the main offer round as places become available in line with our . Our waitlist constantly changes, and to avoid disappointment, we encourage families to apply as early as possible.

Acceptance of an offer is required to secure a place. A contractual agreement is entered into with the School and there is a requirement to pay an Admissions Fee and Tuition Bond.

We recommend families who are interested in their children attending »ÆÉ«app apply as soon as possible. We offer places based on date of application, with priorities for old schoalrs, current siblings, children of staff, Boarding and our Intensive English »ÆÉ«app Connect Program.

Applications remain open at all times, and we are able to add families to our waitlist. Some places may become available throughout the year. We also welcome families transferring from overseas or interstate and understand the start time for these families is quite often during the school year.

On receipt of the completed application and accompanying $110 application fee, your child’s name will be placed on our waitlist for the year level and year of entry.

Please note that completion of an application to »ÆÉ«app does not guarantee enrolment for your child.

You may nominate any year level for entry; however, please note there is no guarantee a place will become available.

Approximately two years before entry, we send an email to families on our waitlist. This is to re-confirm a family’s intention of enrolling their child at »ÆÉ«app should a place be offered to them. We ask that families indicate their preference via online form. Once we receive these completed forms, we update our registration lists and offer positions according to our .

Each year level has its own waitlist, which can vary in length depending on whether it is an intake year or not. We do not advise a child’s position on the waitlist at any point in time, as the list changes constantly as families change their preferences.
